Terms & Condition

1. Price is based on a minimum of 10 adults.
2. Package cost is worked out as on 25-03-2026 and is subject to change at the time of
   booking.
3. Rates are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and services.
4. No rooms are currently blocked; bookings will be done only after confirmation with
   advance payment.
5. Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance amount.
6. Once booking is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable (cancellation policy may
   vary as per airline/hotel rules).
7. Flight fares and timings are subject to change as per airline regulations.
8. Itinerary is tentative and may change due to weather, local conditions, or operational
   reasons.
9. No refund for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or early departures.
10. All clients must carry valid passport / government-issued ID during the tour.
11. Passport validity should be minimum 6 months from the date of return (for international
    travel).
12. Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate discretion; Royal Departures is not
    responsible for visa rejection or delay.
13. Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, porterage, minibar, shopping, etc., are not
    included.
14. Travel insurance is recommended for all passengers.
